Simple Visitor Counts

Visitor insights are collected only when you accept optional cookies. They do not identify individual visitors and are deleted after 90 days.

When you accept optional cookies, Tilkly can count visits to your published site without adding another Tilkly cookie. The count can include:

  • Which page was visited
  • Which website the visitor came from
  • The visitor's country

Tilkly does not try to recognise a visitor across different websites or share these counts with another visitor-insights provider. The information is deleted after 90 days.

Optional Services

If you add Google Analytics to your website, you are responsible for asking your visitors for permission.

Tilkly does not add third-party advertising cookies to its public pages, account area, or published websites. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for permission before they are used.

If you choose to connect Google Analytics, it runs only on your published website and only after a visitor accepts visitor-insight cookies.

Other optional services you add to your website wait for the matching visitor choice. Google reCAPTCHA, when enabled for forms, is used only after a visitor sends a valid form.
