# Tilkly Terms of Service

## Eligibility And Accounts

- Users must be at least 16 years old.
- Users are responsible for activity under their accounts and for keeping sign-in access secure.
- Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to support@tilkly.com.

## Acceptable Use

Tilkly may be used to create and publish lawful static websites. Users must not publish illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, rights-infringing, fraudulent, phishing, spam, malware, sanctions-violating, or infrastructure-abusive content.

## Strictly Prohibited Content

Tilkly prohibits categories such as illegal goods and services, adult content involving minors, violence or threats, phishing, malware, impersonation, rights infringement, and other material described in the rendered Terms. Violations can lead to immediate suspension, unpublishing, deletion, forfeiture of unused credits, and law-enforcement cooperation where appropriate.

## User Content

Users retain ownership of content they create and publish through Tilkly. By publishing, users grant Tilkly a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and deliver that content only to operate and improve the Service.

## AI-Generated Content

- Public template demos and sample websites on tilkly.com may be AI-generated and synthetic.
- Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing.
- Tilkly does not guarantee factual accuracy of AI-generated content.
- AI features are powered by Google Gemini Paid API. Tilkly states that paid API prompts are not used to train Google's models.
- Requests to remove AI-generated content that appears to identify a person can be sent to legal@tilkly.com with the content description, URL, and reason.

## Payments, AI Credits, And Stripe Connect

- AI credits are prepaid, non-transferable, have no cash value, and are non-refundable once consumed.
- Stripe processes payments.
- If a user connects Stripe to accept visitor payments, the user is the merchant of record and is responsible for products, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and buyer privacy obligations.
- Tilkly charges a 1.5% platform fee on successful visitor payments processed through Stripe Connect, in addition to Stripe's own fees.
- Payment features may be limited for new accounts and prohibited Stripe business categories.

## Domains, Hosting, And Availability

Users confirm they have the right to use any custom domain or subdomain connected to Tilkly. Tilkly may reclaim abused or inactive subdomains. The service may change, pause, or discontinue features with appropriate notice.

## Live Chat And Forms

If a site owner enables live chat or forms, the site owner is responsible for visitor-facing privacy obligations. Tilkly processes those visitor messages and submissions to provide the feature.

## Termination

Tilkly may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, legal reasons, prohibited content, abuse, or platform risk. Users may delete their accounts from the dashboard.

## Report Abuse

Anyone can report a Tilkly-hosted site involved in phishing, malware, piracy, impersonation, illegal content, or other prohibited material by using [Report Abuse](https://tilkly.com/report) or emailing abuse@tilkly.com with the URL, abuse type, and description.
